Your current refills

Eversana will continue filling your Vibrant refills through Friday, June 12. If your next refill is due close to that date, schedule it before June 12 if you can — it'll make the handoff easier.

Transition goes live & MedOptions says hello

MedOptions RX LLC officially becomes your pharmacy partner. A specialist will get in touch to confirm your insurance and consent details so your refills stay on track. (You won't hear from them before this date.)

Your first MedOptions refill

Once you've confirmed your details with MedOptions, your next refill ships — same therapy, same care, new pharmacy partner.

One thing we'll need from you: reply when MedOptions reaches out.

Because MedOptions is a brand-new pharmacy partner, they'll set up your account directly with you — even though Eversana already had your details. When MedOptions calls, texts, or emails after June 15, here's what they'll ask for:

  • Confirmation of your consent forms so MedOptions can dispense your prescription
  • Your current insurance information so they can verify your coverage
  • A reply when you hear from them — the sooner they have what they need, the sooner your next refill ships

Questions you might be wondering about

Do I need to do anything to transfer my prescription?
The prescription itself transfers to MedOptions automatically — no re-enrollment, no call to your prescriber. The one thing we'll ask of you is to reply when MedOptions reaches out after June 15. They'll confirm your consent forms and current insurance details so they can ship your next refill. A fresh insurance check is good news for many patients — some people who weren't covered before may now be eligible, and new patient assistance plans are on the way.
Will my copay or out-of-pocket cost change?
Your coverage and out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your insurance benefits and eligibility for available support programs. Beginning June 15, 2026, MedOptions RX LLC will work directly with patients to help review potential pharmacy and medical coverage options for Vibrant, as well as available financial assistance programs. New patient assistance plans are also coming soon. This transition is intended to support improved access and affordability opportunities for eligible patients over time, and as we've announced Vibrant will be sunsetting the current PMDCP program September 30, 2026. If there are any changes to your coverage or out-of-pocket cost, a MedOptions specialist will discuss your options during this transition period.
Why does MedOptions need my insurance information and consents again?
MedOptions is a brand-new pharmacy partner, so they need to set up your account on their side — including your consent forms and current insurance details. It's the same kind of paperwork you completed when you first started Vibrant, just with the new team. Once they have what they need, your refills continue without interruption — and a fresh insurance check can work in your favor.
Will my delivery schedule or shipping address change?
No. Your refill cadence and shipping address carry over exactly as they are today. Packages will continue to arrive in discreet packaging. If you need to update your address, phone number, or delivery preferences, MedOptions can take care of that when they reach out.
What happens to my information held at my current pharmacy?
The information needed to continue your Vibrant prescription — your prescriber details, shipping address, and refill history — transfers securely to MedOptions under standard HIPAA protections. Eversana will continue managing your refills through June 12, and MedOptions RX LLC takes over on June 15.
Who do I contact if I have a question before June 12?
Through Friday, June 12, please continue to reach out to Eversana or the VibrantConnect™ team for anything related to your current refills. After June 15, MedOptions RX LLC becomes your main point of contact for prescriptions, shipping, and pharmacy questions. And for anything clinical about your treatment, your care team is always here.
What if I'm due for a refill right around June 15?
We've planned for this so no one has a gap in therapy. Eversana fills refills through Friday, June 12, and MedOptions takes over on June 15. If your next refill is due close to that window, the easiest thing is to call Eversana and schedule it before June 12. If your refill is already in motion on June 15 — with consent and insurance details in place — it will ship the following Monday. Otherwise, MedOptions will be in touch to confirm your details and get your refill out as soon as possible.
Why is Vibrant switching pharmacy partners?
MedOptions RX LLC brings deeper experience with specialty device dispensing and patient support, which lets us deliver a smoother, more responsive experience. The clinical treatment itself — the Vibrant Capsule — is unchanged.
